To increase customer retention, Sling launched a Rewards campaign in 2024 — boosting awareness of the program and the cash prizes customers were missing out on. Then the brand further gamified the Watch and Win experience by introducing Spin to Win to break through the noise and educate viewers about this new opportunity for rewards.

Challenge

Inspired by the thrill of winning, we used a mix of bright, playful visuals — like cash, coins and tickets — to create a video that educated customers and made Sling Rewards come alive. Spinning Spree taps into the everyday excitement of Spin & Win — a fun, fast and rewarding game customers can look forward to playing daily.
